Terry Endresen and Duane DeBlieck established their storage business, St. Peter Storage, in 1996. They built three storage facilities and rented storage space to local businesses. Their first customer was Phoenix Countertops. Endresen and DeBlieck, St. Peter natives, saw a demand in the area for residential self-storage and built additional facilities to meet the growing need in the community.
